Introduction
In the midst of the pandemic, many habits had to be adapted for health and safety reasons. Entertainment venues were closed and it was only recommended to leave home for essential tasks, with the main one being grocery shopping.

This project was created to make this grocery shopping routine safer by avoiding people leaving their homes and spreading the virus even more. People can shop through the app or the desktop site and at the grocery store of their choice. Payment is made through the app and delivered through delivery.
Starting the Project
The Peixe Latam team already had a functional and operational delivery website in production, released only in a few states in Chile. However, it was only designed by developers, which caused usability and interface problems for customers. My task was to redesign the desktop site and create the mobile interface for android and IOS apps.
Benchmarking
I began by searching for references in similar delivery services to assist me during the start and execution of the project. Benchmarking was essential for:

- Comparing the existing flow on the Peixe Latam delivery website with other competitors and identifying potential improvements in the experience of our product;
- Identifying the types of communication of each app, such as the use of images, texts, and push notifications.
